First connection: USB debugging and approval

After these steps, the Android device should appear in the workspace and be ready to cast.

Before you begin

Download and extract the Windows client.
Use a data-capable USB cable.
Keep the phone unlocked for the approval prompt.

1. Enable developer options

Open About phone in Android settings and tap the build number until developer options are enabled. The exact menu name can vary by manufacturer.

2. Enable USB debugging

Open Developer options and turn on USB debugging.

3. Connect and approve

Connect the cable. When Android asks whether to allow USB debugging, verify the computer fingerprint and tap Allow.

4. Start casting

Open Juktp Cast, wait for the device to appear, then select it to view the screen or start a task.
